Get Allergy Relief Using Essential Oils
I’m personally not allergic to anything but my 9-year-old son unfortunately is; he is allergic to grass, weeds, trees and all warm-blooded animals, although, over the last couple of years, his allergies seem to have gotten better as he isn’t reacting to grass or trees as much as he used too. As a Mama, I turn to essential oils or other natural treatments and remedies before I turn to over the counter medicine and with allergy season coming around the corner, I made my son what I like to call “Allergy Relief In A Bottle” to help him Get Allergy Relief Using Essential Oils!
Why Essential Oils
Essential oils have been around forever! I’ve been using essential oils for years, but over the last 2 years or so I’ve taken it to the next level, with the help of Dr. Josh Axe. I started following his videos on Youtube in 2015 and I’ve learned so much from him.
I’ve been using them for several years now, and with the help of fellow Moms, bloggers, and of course Pinterest, I find myself using them for well… just about anything AND everything. I like to say “there’s an oil for that!” I like to experiment and find different combos that work for different things.
How to Make “Allergy Relief” Using Essential Oils
I like to combine 10 drops of each Essential oil with my carrier oil of choice – Coconut Oil – and put them in a super convenient blue glass roller bottles I use 10 drops of Lavender, 10 drops of Lemon and 10 Drops of Peppermint. I find this combination works extremely well for my son. He enjoys putting it on and it helps reduce his symptoms; sneezing, itchy, and watery eyes during Allergy Season.
